Take a toilet roll tube (or a kitchen roll tube for a taller house) and draw on some windows and cut out a door
On some paper (or a leaflet as shown in this image) draw a circle - I've used a plastic pint beaker to draw around here, and cut it out
Cut a slit in the circle, to the middle point. Then overlap the cut part to make a cone and glue/tape it
Glue it on to the tube house
These can be left plain or decorated however your child likes. They could even make a whole village of them!
On a piece of paper or card draw a game board - it doesn't have to be neat or straight! Number the squares if that is how the game will work
Your child can decide if there will be challenges, forfeits or questions and what the theme will be - if any!
This is a good way to reuse parts of games that are no longer complete. In the image there are monkeys from a balancing game which can be playing pieces, and cards from a claw game which are blank on one side so perfect for writing questions etc on
